Green Clay in Glass Jar 50g
Properties
Strong detoxifying properties due to its unique composition of essential minerals, iron oxides, and decomposed plant material. Superfine and soft. Argile is a trademark associated with superfine, soft French clay.
Applications
Note: never use metal when mixing clay as this takes away some of clay's mineral properties. Use glass, plastic or wooden spoons and bowls instead.
Use
- Green Clay Facial Mask
- Scrubs
- Soothing and healing balm for cuts, small wounds, minor burns, insect bites
- Homemade Calamine Lotion
- Make into a poultice with essential oils of rosemary and lavender and apply to area to relieve aching muscles and joints
- Healing acne - apply paste to spot
How to make a Green Clay Facial Mask?
Add any liquids to the green clay powder and mix into a paste - liquids to use include floral water or hydrosol, yoghurt, aloe vera juice, jojoba oil, green tea.
If you have a dry or sensitive skin, only use a clay mask once per week as the clay draws out moisture from the skin along with the impurities.
