What about Nanoparticles?
Wotnot's zinc is non-nano and has been independently tested by the CSIRO using laser particle diffraction. The zinc oxide used in Wotnot sunscreen is micron sized i.e. >1000nm (nanometers). Nano particles are defined as particles in a size ranging from 1-100nm. Wotnot zinc particles are 10-1000 times bigger than a nanoparticle and so are not expected to cross the barrier of the epidermis. The zinc oxide we use is specifically made for Wotnot.
